6.2.1. Digital Archive of Gran Canaria:

With the overriding goal of democratizing and universalizing access and cultural production and heritage of Gran Canaria, the works submitted for the contest, regardless of whether they are winning or not , will join Digital Archive Gran Canaria, where he kept in a proper manner. To this end, legitimate users and the public generally may have access to that file in the terms and conditions of access ready for it in accordance with applicable law.

6.2.2. Use of works presented:

The Organization, its bodies and other subsidiaries may conduct its free distribution, reproduction, exhibition and communication around the world, regardless of time or space whatsoever, in any medium, system or format in order to enhance the understanding of such works and their authors, facilitate cultural exchange, promote diversity and development and give proper performance, ultimately to the goals and skills which Festival, the Organization and its agencies and other subsidiaries thereof. This application is made with respect the author's moral right pursuant to Rule 14 of Royal Decree 1 / 1996 of 12 April, which approved the Consolidated Intellectual Property Law.

In this regard, works may be used by the Festival, the Organization, its agencies and other entities dependent on it, but not limited to, in whole or in fragments of arbitrary length, for the dissemination and promotion of the Festival, works and their authors in other samples, as well as other activities produced and performed by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria, its agencies and other entities dependent on it in the exercise of the powers vested by law and provided no financial gain.
