We are surprised this call for video art
the basis set out in the following conditions:
The winning entry will claim Friendly Art of Friendship Award, awarded as in the previous version of the Collection Hotel Amista
The work must have been made after the year 2005.
The videos will not be returned and will become part of the library of the organization.
The organization can not provide the selected artist with any financial contribution, neither can take care of shipping fees, travel or overnight accommodation for those selected.
Report if they have any kind of agreement or contract with film distributors and / or video.

What gives honor to participate in a biennial as well? They do not value your work, and even have to spend money to participate and present your work with appalling conditions.
imagine that the organizers, producers and other agents that promote the "Biennale" do not charge anything and work for free.
