* Selected artists will be contacted by the organization via email.

* The organization is not responsible for the cost of sending the videos.
* The organization will provide selected artists with no financial or will be responsible for paying travel expenses or overnight accommodation for those selected.
* The organization is committed to providing the widest possible dissemination of selected works in the festival as well as adequate screening of the videos.
* Selected artists agree to donate the rights to your video display for the duration of the festival. And the transfer of images for dissemination, promotion and festival archive.
Expenses:- Send the video
- Travel to fetival, subsistence and accommodation in New York.
- Cedes your rights to display (so do not get paid for showing your work)
looks like a bad deal for filmmaker and video artist who wants to present.
